darn that Rita

Going to have a proper English breakfast now (yum!) to calm self from issue of being disconnected from email since the Centenary server is down.

It is 8 degrees C.

Pablo here. It's not too bad, its a little windy but not that much rain yet. Because of the drought the ground is soaking it up.... concrete is starting to show puddles though. Trees are dancing a waltz right now I'm not looking foward to when they are doing the lambada later today.

pablo here again. Its getting You can here the boom of transformers as they blow up. Lights have flickered abit but are still on. Pulled car out of the garage because the pecan tree my neighbor has was doing the limbo.

Pablo again, The rain has picked up a bit. A pretty good band of showers is passing thru S'port headed north right now. My sat dish has lost its signal for the first time with rita. Ruth has lost power she's ok. Dogs are staying close by... well chick is.

The eye of rita is in desoto parish on its way to Sport. Rain has not been that bad. Wind on the other hand... Things will be looking up by 7pm
